The Bravery Quartet, later on known as the Bravery Duet, are a band of thieves who seek to swindle unsuspecting inhabitants of Pharenos. They masquerade about the continent, posing as righteous, brave men, when in actuality the act is merely a front to enable them to take advantage of an off-guard population. They're first encountered in Pompo Hills, and are promptly defeated by the efforts of Seth and Alma. They become the Bravery Duet after the ousting of two members for trying to take advantage of a weakened Alma.

The Bravery Quartet is prone to breaking out into 'heroic' poses.
To the Bravery Quartet, the goal of obtaining greater wealth supersedes almost any form of ethics or morality. They show little hesitation of taking advantage or outright deceiving weaker and vulnerable people in order to fulfill this goal. They were shown to willingly brutalize non-Sorcerers, with one older man having his leg broken in response to his resistance to their robbery. When slighted or embarrassed, as seen by their brutal beatdown from Seth, the Quartet will go through no ends to get revenge, even taking advantage of a weak and downed opponent.
While they are a group of thieves, the Quartet isn't without honor. After being saved from Alma during a Nemesis attack, even after they sought to flee and leave her to face the threats on her own, two of the members sought to turn over a new leaf. Don in particular was captivated by her bravery, and was appalled at the two unnamed members looking to dishonorably take advantage of Alma's weakened state.
